Q.

when I delivered baby that time my weight was 54kg n now after 1.6 years also it's same 54kg. How can I reduce weight? specially tummy fat and brest size? Please suggest

A. Dear mum, to reduce weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid processed and packaged foods, high calorie foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle. Exercise like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts help in toning the stomach muscles.
