When I breastfeed by baby on right side he takes 30 mins. When I hand express on that side can see spray of milk. Still my baby nurse for more time on right side than left side. What might be reason? As I can see spray of milk so low milk supply is not cause right?

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult your doctor for further assistance in this regard
