Hai good evening !! Babies hold their neck around 3.5-5 months ,after roll over they tries to hold neck within 2-4 weeks.
 Every baby is different and achieve their milestones varies in weeks difference some may achieve  early some might delay but make sure that they are no red flags.
 Give tummy time daily 10-15 minutes place a blanket or mat on floor keep baby on tummy side this helps in roll over,holding neck,crawling,strengthening abs...
