when can we start giving solids and cows milk to a kid . can we start at 5 months??? what steps to keep in mind for starting solids??

Ma’am you have to first understand this that is a specific age to start with food reaching a milestone so for a child with six months complete you cannot start giving food at the age of five months and when you start giving food to the child the most important thing that you need to take care of that you should make your child sit while eating so it could be your support or sitting on bed or floor with mattress or you can keep your child with your help of three-quarter reclining position 2 feet
