how do I start cows milk for my 18months old? she is on solids and breastfeeding. having a hard time to give her cows milk.

A. Hello mom start in small quantities , you may also add in flavours such as jaggery or dates , for sweetness, or even turmeric milk can be made, fresh fruit milk shake, add in porridges, or make kheer

A. I have tried small quantities, no luck dates milk..rejected ..in ayuerveda it is said we shouldn't mix milk n jaggery or anyother fruit. she is 18months..can I give her sugar?
