What would be a dosage for calpol 250 mg for a 4 years old weighing 20 kgs

A. if the child is 20 kgs so you should give Paracetamol 300 mg to the child so you can give 6 ml of calpol to the child and repeat every 6 hours if required

A. Hello dear parent, you must consult your paediatric as he would check the child properly and guide you on that basis. Medication is always given as the requirements of the child. Do not self medicate.
