RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. U Should eat all kind of foods veg non-veg whatever you like to eat there is no restriction on eating food in any manner so have healthy food avoid junk and fried food for yourself and just try to eat healthy food all the time that you do the thing
