what vegetables and food are eat after c-section delivery

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello there is no restriction with what fruits and vegetables you can be eating after the delivery and you can in fact have everything and it is just that you should avoid gassy causing food in the diet apart other food should be fine not a problem
