what type of food is good for my son he is 8 years old but his weight is 19 kgs and also he is very lieenpls suggest me

A. hi weight is ok please give Healthy and nutritious diet which includes fresh fruits,nuts , dry fruits , different pulses and beans ,milk and milk based products etc
