mam,it happens because of engorgement.
please wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
try to express milk through hands or breastpump.
take hot shower or warm water bath,it will help to get relief in pain.
keep your body well hydrated.
you can place cabbage leaves on your breasts ,it will help to dry up the breastmilk.
