Hi MOM, After stopping breastfeeding to baby, how many months it will take to get reduce breast and breast sagging.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Breast milk will stop in a month or two. You need to squeeze the milk and empty breasts daily. Also you can do yoga under a professional yoga teacher for breast sagging and upliftment. Massage breasts with coconut oil and wear good quality bra.
