Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mostly the reason is teething please give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child offer soft food like khichdi, rice , upma etc to your child provide silicone teether provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
