give plenty of fluids to drink to the chilxd to maintain hydration.
you can go for prickly heat powder application also.
if not improving in 2 to 3 days please visit the doctor.

You can use candid dusting powder that’s a good option apart from that if you want you can also prefer using calamine version that also is going to be very good option to use so both the things are going to be good enough you can use them simultaneously on the skin of the child
