Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Improve your milk supply by including Milk, dairy products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, poppy seed, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk, Fennel seeds, ajwain, having more water.
Give direct feed frequently the more baby latches the more milk produces.
Even then milk is not sufficient for baby you can introduce formula milk along with breast feed.
