Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a dayy
Also, avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production.
Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help.

Do u know panjeri? u can eat it by adding little roasted Fenugreek seeds, or little powder of it in every bowl of panjeri or laddu u make.
It will be little bitter in taste, take 15-20 seeds each time twice a day, if u feel very bitter reduce it a little.

because the more your child sucks ,the more milk is produced.
you can also take galact powder or shatavary granular with warm milk for this.
