what to do as my both daughters are refusing to eat and showing tantrums now a days.

don't worry, at this age kids are little fussy
don't force feed them
let them play and be little hungry before meals and let them ask for food and then give one pot meals
do this for few days. don't worry if they cry or show tantrums...you be patient and love them but be firm

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you should try with different food option and recipe and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and this can help baby to take and include fruits which are natural appetiser that can help improve kids appetite
