For a newborn child according to the weight you can decide but mostly extra small is the writing to go for rest like I said as a diaper is going to vary from the weight of the child the size of the type it actually going to be dependent upon the weight as it is going to fluctuate but as far as I know currently I believe extra small is going to be fit
