Q.

What should I do to gain her weight. She gets fever and tonsils after every 10 days and does not drink any other milk.

A. Maam maybe milk milk is aggravating tonsils you have to look for a permanent solution to tonsils once the tonsils are going to get settled the problem is going to reduce over the period currently I would advise you to consult an ENT doctor regarding that
