what should i do to control permanantly worm

A. Hello good afternoon !! Worms build up as we consume raw,semi cooked foods and due to improper cleaning of hands, untrimmed nails and sugar intake sometimes worms increase vastly although deworming medicine has given. Following hygiene and reducing intake of sugar,processed foods will help in controlling worms.
