ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. brushing twice a day, should be followed after administration of the iron supplement, it will help to alleviate tooth discoloration.
Also Diluting the iron supplment in juice or some water can help prevent stains to occure, give few sips of water after giving supplement will als o help.
