ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom babies who are full term , they monthly weight gain is expected to be in the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they almost double their birth weight.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. weight...baby should double the birth wt at 4 tp 6 months and three times the birty wt at completing one yr.. it is exclusively breast feed recommended by 6 months.. mother milk helps in wt gain
