SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl8 months agoA. Four to five hours, but it depends upon the babys weight if the baby is too active and the demand will be more. Generally baby will cry to get the breast milk, crying will give a better digestion of the mothers milk. Try to feed breast milk as and when required by the baby.
