Q.

Can longer gap between 2 feeds can reduce weight gain in 5 months old? My dr said to have 4 hours gap between 2 feed.

A. Look you’re not meant to feed your child with a gap of four hours basically after 60 days of birth it suggested that you feed your child on demand it could be three hours four hours but you should not keep your child hungry just to feed with a gap of two hours as per your doctor and no the weight is not lost this way it’s just a misconception
