ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Bath in lukewarm water. It’s best to avoid soap, because this can irritate your child’s skin. You can also put calamine lotion on the rash or use himalaya's prikly heat powder.
Consult the doctor if it do not reduce or keep spreading

maintain hygiene
