These are not pimples it is called prickly heat which is common in babies make sure to breastfeed your baby well and as a breastfeeding mother liquid intake should be more the clothes you are making him wear should be very clean and soft cotton clothes or the fabric should be very soft and the products you are using on his skin should be of good quality
