Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times they may be blocked nasolacrimal duct with will be getting cleared by the age of 6 months you still it is persistent better consult a doctor for examination

please give Massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water
don't apply kajal or anything.
and if your child feel pain, itching , redness etc then please visit your pediatrician
