stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid food which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of age and needs to be started gradually step by step .
stage 2 consists of more textured and new taste to bvaby by 7 months of age
stagfe 3 in which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...

once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, ragi porridge, pumpkin puree etc as the first food.
