Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. it is more important that the skinnuz healthy rather than being fair. you should apply a good moisturizer immediately after bath. this will get absorbed well into the skin at this stage. apply once again in the night in winters. atogla or cetaphil are both good. these are suitable for babies. coconut oil is also a good moisturizer.
