What medicine should be given to a small child for cold and cough?

Give warm water to drink. For running nose and cold you can give drops wikoryl a f 0.5 ml 2 times per day.
For cough and cold give nasal saline drops. You can also go for steam inhalation. e
Give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger water to the child and honey can be added if the child is more than 1 year of age. d
Meet the doctor if there is no improvement in few days.
