what kind of biscuits is good for babies?? can we give biscuits during cough n cold??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if they are made from wheat and jaggery then you can give homemade cookies / biscuits but pleased avoid outside cookies and biscuits which contains refined wheat along with plenty of sugar which is not good for overall growth and health of the child.
also the oil and ghee used are not of good quality and cause long termd side effects to the child.
