massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day.
use mama earth anti mosquito roll on.
use soft clothing . .

Just clean this area with gentle soap and then apply coconut oil regularly on to that area in the folds it’s because of the dirt that the child gets allergy but on the other skin type it could be due to heat also so coconut oil is going to be a good idea to use as of now
