a warm, wet towel placed on your babies eyes several times a day, which can help with blocked tear ducts.
Do get checked with Eye specialist to rule out some bacteria or viral infection.consiot once paedriatician

In such case you should first consult with your doctor about it because the doctor can only advise you will after examining baby. You should not apply any sort of medication till it is not advised by Dr. So consult with your doctor first then only give any sort of medication to your baby
