It’s very standard diet chart where you start with Dal water then rice water then you can mix it then you can give khichadi and porridge in different kinds of vegetables are plain without vegetable and salt necessary spices and they see ghee also also you can add into the food and start with all kind of fruits and vegetables and dairy products
