what is the co relation between exclusively breast feeding and getting first periods post normal delivery?

A. Hello dear parent! There is no correlation. Few moms get their periods even while breastfeeding. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care
