what is the best medicine for loose motion. my twins baby girls are 3 months old.

A. Sporolac you can give twice in a day for three days but you have to check with your doctor till the time you do not know why motions are happening you will not be able to treat it properly this is just a probiotic that I am suggesting you to use for your child
