Q.

what is strict bed rest at home means? do I need to just sleep on the bed or am I allowed to walk to sit as well? because recently, i was bleeding with 7 months pregnancy, so doctor advised strict bedrest

A. hello u should rest well n not do any thing u can sit n if allowed simple walk for few mins is fine but nothing that can strain u as such
