JahnvieMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. if your abdominal muscles are still out even after 6-8 months post delivery and it's not your lower tummy. you probably have diastis recti. basically it is internal damage to muscles during or pre delivery. there is no medicine only way out is 2-3 basic exercises without putting pressure on your abs ( otherwise it will pop out more) mostly without pain. loose weight or else surgery is the only cure which is not recommended generally by a good doctor.

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Maintain hydration
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
