Give more warm water to drink.
Crush and boil tulsi and ginger and filter to make tulsi ginger water.
(Honey can be added to this tulsi ginger xwater if age of the more than 1 yearx of age)
try to prevent temperature variations around child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment.
Keep the child well covered.
