What is best food for 7 month old baby which helps boost calcium

A. Hello mom very formost been is milk , so mothers feed is best , other is green leafy vegetables for now , dry fruits nuts and seeds , ragi porrdige as that is quite high in calcium and considered one of the best sources of calcium for the baby
