A. Hi restrict frequent intake of sticky sweetened food products in the diet.. give solid food items to your kid to have habit of chewing.. avoid giving soft pasty food items

A. hi best to give soft and calcium rich food items more you can give food like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
