Q.

what if I don't drain my breast completely before offering other breast to baby while breast feeding. will it affect milk supply? i switch to other breast to keep baby awake

A. Its better to drain and use. Or usr both sides equally. This will help. Your baby can feed from the other breast. It's OK if milk leaks from where your abscess was drainedHowever, if both of your breasts aren't drained adequately during a feeding, it can cause a buildup of milk.
