what happens if water goes into babies' ears.Is it harmful ?

A. dear the water cannot enter babys middle ear while you are bathing him as ear canal and middle ear are separated by the ear drum so it won't be harmful if water enters ears during bathing but it can be uncomfortable so it's safer to avoid getting water inside ears.
