What happens if bymistakely i have given more dose of paracetamol to my 3 old month baby for 3 days continously 2 times a day

Maam it would not have much of a side-effect but your child would be drowsy more than the child usually by taking sufficient amount of medication so that can be the basic side-effect that you can see I don’t think so apart from that anything else would be there
