what foods are best for weight gain and bone strengthening in toddlers

A. you should give everything to your child..but at this age.. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of the child...so you need to start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. Hi dear good morning You may be give nuts to your little one. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, You can also add nuts to fruit bowl. Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs.
