you can feed variety of homecooked foods and avoid processed, junk and packed food
include banana, chikko, potato, variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, stuffed roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, pancake, chila, stuffed idli and dosa, veg upma, poha, sheera, porridge, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian and use ghee in meal preparations
try to feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
avoid force feeding.
