Q.
What do I do if my breast milk is not coming in? Had a C- section delivery and not able to feed my baby properly even after trying doctor's recommended medicines.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. baby is 1 month To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Do not take stress as this can hamper breast milk production.. Drink adequate water and have milk 2-3 times a day to increase BM. Continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor. Till then u can start with formula milk if ur feed is not coming properly
