Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hii...babies should be exclusively breastfed for the first six months. breastmilk contains all essential nutrients and water that is required for healthy growth and development of your baby. Once baby turns six months old you can give water to your baby till then just keep breastfeeding.
