A. Yes of course you can use no problem but naje sure they are pure and doesn’t lead to any skin irritation and besan masoor dal are good to be used

A. hi yes , you can use homemade ubtan for example you can prepare it from gram flour , pinch of turmeric powder and raw milk or choose baby friendly skin care products like Babyhug brand skin care products
