Q.

What can i eat? It's been 45 days since my cesarean delivery.. I am feeding my baby.. My mom doesn't allow me to eat rice, paneer and so many other things!!

A. hi, Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oat meals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppyy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water

A. Hello dear parent! It is advisable to take a well balanced easily digestible meal when exclusively breastfeeding your baby, though there are no food restrictions as such unless suggested otherwise by the doctor. Good luck and take care
