What can i do to increase the milk lactation since i have to feed my baby and milk quantity is less

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
